JD/Description of Role:

  • Developing content for blogs, articles, marketplace proposals, ppt, case studies, eBook, whitepaper, social media, and the company website. 
  • Enhance documentation with stats, illustrations, diagrams, charts, inline with our branding style guidelines.
  • Independently gather information to develop, organize, and write content with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure proper grammar, inconsistencies and proofing of all content created.
  • Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience. 
  • Periodical scrutinizing content to improve its quality and assess gaps.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with technical content information development processes comprising content planning, content creation, and content review. 
  • Superior English language competency.  
  • Familiarity with cloud computing, cloud migrations, Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, Azure Cloud, Data Engineering etc. 
  • Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and make them easily understandable in simple text. 
  • Experience working in agile development teams.

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Real World Evidence Strategy and Analytics to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing biostatistical support and guidance on RWE studies and may serve as the responsible RWE biostatistician on several RWE projects in different indications. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that high quality biostatistical and pharmacoepidemiology support is provided by the Analytics team
  • Ensure that staff implement innovative, rigorous biostatistical methods to meet study objectives
  • Lead RWE (Real World Evidence) large scale analytics (LSA) studies. Run statistical programs in R, R shiny, deploy study packages and generate reliable RWE results in TFLs with minimal supervision.

Primary (Must have skills):

  • Provide statistical support for design, implementation, running, analysis and dissemination of results for clinical trials• Design and analyze clinical research projects.
  • Create and execute Statistical Analysis Plans.
  • Strong knowledge of probability distributions, statistical methods in clinical trials, hypothesis testing, sampling techniques, simulation techniques and packages, bias, types of bias, variance, descriptive and inferential statistics.
  • Experience in creating cohort analysis, Meta analysis, Survival analysis, Bayesian Versus Frequentist Approaches to Clinical Trials.
  • Experience in implementing generalized mixture models, Bayesian mixer models, Fixed-effects and Random-effects models.
  • Knowledge on Statistical Process Control, Stochastic Optimization.
  • Excellent R programming Skills and shiny web app development.

Secondary Skills (Good To have):

  • Knowledge on Cloud platform like AWS
  • Exposure to Healthcare data formats like HL7, OMOP, ODHSI
  • Exposure to RWE, RWA, RWD
  • Experience with data sources like registries, EMR
